どうしてRankingを更新できませんか？

こんにちは。PROJECTYNPサポートです。
ランキングに対応しているのはPC版のみでPS4版はランキングに対応しておりません。

Steam版もパッケージ版も同じセーブデータを使用しますので、ランキングは重複しません。

Mr. Delete is Mr. Delete. He is STEAM GAME. I　魅影天痕 is VIER CD GAME. Your ranking have error. When your ranking is proper, I want to keep my CfSinVierSave data when resetting the computer. I need to save the old CfSinVierSave.dat of VIER separately, and upload a new CfSinVierSave.dat to the lobby to update the ranking, and I reset the previous record to the new record. After resetting the computer, I installed VIER after resetting the computer, and then put the old CfSinVierSave.dat back into PROJECT YNP\CYBER FORMULA SIN VIER and uploaded it to the lobby to update Ranking, so that there would be no duplicate IDs on Ranking, but Now Ranking fails to update

現在、ランキングで最新個人記録を更新するのはできません。

PS4版は更新できないのは知っています。

ただ、これはPS4版の問題ではなく、円盤版やSTEAM版のプレーヤーたちも更新できません。

また、同じプレーヤーが複数存在している部分も厳しいと思います。

これはサーバーの問題ですか。

確かに、この問題を解決するため、ゲームをアップデートしたことがありますね。

もしよければ、この二つ問題を調査してよろしいでしょうか。

p.s. 一ヶ月前メールで送信した問題、その後半の部分は何か問題がありますか。ずっと返信が来ないので、前半回復の追加情報もメールしました。
